Help & Support
You do not have to work it out alone.
If something you have read has made you worried about yourself or somebody else, use the route that fits the situation. Do not confront a family, investigate or post private information online.
Speak privately to a trusted adult
Ask to speak to a teacher, tutor, Head of Year or Designated Safeguarding Lead. You do not need to explain the concern in front of other pupils.
